How long will it take for my party supplies to arrive?
Standard shipping usually takes 3-5 business days. We also offer expedited shipping options at checkout if you are planning a last-minute event.
Can I return unused items after my party?
Yes, we accept returns on unopened and unused items within 30 days of purchase. Please note that custom-made or personalized items are final sale.
Do you offer bulk discounts for large events or weddings?
Absolutely! We provide tiered pricing for bulk orders. Please contact our customer support team for a custom quote on orders exceeding 500 units of a single item.
Are your balloons shipped inflated or deflated?
To ensure they arrive in perfect condition and to keep shipping costs low, all balloons are shipped deflated. You can have them filled with helium at most local party stores.

What should I do if my items arrive damaged?
We take great care in packaging, but if anything arrives damaged, please email us a photo of the item within 48 hours of delivery and we will send a replacement immediately.
